Tasks - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with a focus on improving ROAS and lowering CPA - Build and iterate on Web2App funnels to convert web traffic into mobile app installs - Develop and test new acquisition funnels (e.g. skincare vertical) to expand our user base - Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimizations - Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with the product team - Monitor and report on key growth KPIs (installs, retention, ROAS, CAC) - Stay up to date on platform changes, best practices, and emerging paid acquisition channels Requirements - 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a mobile app or D2C environment - Strong experience running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager) - Familiarity with Web2App funnels, deep linking, and mobile attribution tools (e.g.
