Responsibilities Manage, control and optimize data-driven campaigns with a focus on Google Ads and Paid Social Develop cross-channel paid media strategies Analyze relevant performance KPIs and derive concrete optimization measures Work closely with internal teams in Content, Creative and Media Planning Prepare reporting and performance analyses Requirements Relevant professional experience in SEA, Paid Social, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads Experience with Paid Social, specifically the Meta Ads Manager Knowledge of additional platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads or Microsoft Ads is a plus Good understanding of performance metrics, tracking, conversion optimization and data-driven marketing Confident working with numbers and reporting Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Ideally some experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tag Management or similar analytics and reporting tools Independent, structured and solution-oriented Very good German and good English skills
