You will analyze creative performance, identify trends (hooks, transitions, CTAs), and translate them into actionable briefs for creators and designers Campaign Architecture: Maintain and build smart account structures, leveraging native platform features like Meta’s Advantage+ Shopping, TikTok Spark Ads, and Shopping Ads Budget Management: Deploy and adjust campaign budgets across multiple international markets, making data‑driven decisions to scale winning creatives Testing & Performance Marketing Manager (all genders)
As our Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) you will be a core engine of our new customer acquisition efforts.
We are looking for a marketer who knows exactly what makes people stop scrolling, how to analyze video performance, and how to turn those insights into high‑converting asset briefs to help scale our brand.
Execute & Optimize: Manage and optimize day‑to‑day, full‑funnel campaigns on Meta and TikTok, with a primary focus on driving efficient new customer acquisition (CPA/ROAS) Creative Strategy & Briefing: Act as the bridge between campaign data and asset production.
