Consultant Role: Pharma Product Manager Location: Remote JD: Pharma domain Software Product Manager Responsibilities • Define product strategy and roadmap for software products supporting pharma manufacturing and operations. • Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch and continuous improvement. • Work closely with engineering, design, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements. • Gather, prioritize, author, and manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with geographically distributed cross-functional teams across time zones. • Ensure solutions align with pharma manufacturing workflows, compliance expectations, and enterprise system integrations (e.g.

Required Qualifications • 8+ years of overall industry experience. • Experience in pharma, life sciences, or a product management role supporting pharma-related solutions. • Strong knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes and operational workflows. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA and MHRA regulations. • Experience working with or delivering products in the context of MES, LES, QMS, and CMMS, CTMS, IRT platforms. • Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira and Aha. • Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple locations and functions. • Demonstrated experience building a product from scratch, from ideation to launch. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
