This is a senior product leadership role focused on shaping the future of mobile experiences and shared product foundations. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of mobile capabilities while helping create a consistent experience across all platforms.

The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, platform thinking, design systems, and technical innovation. As AI transforms how software is designed and built, you will help establish new ways of creating intuitive experiences for both users and builders.

Accountabilities: As the Principal Product Manager, you will lead the vision and execution of mobile and shared UI platform initiatives, ensuring that product experiences remain consistent, scalable, and impactful across different surfaces.

Own the mobile product vision, strategy, roadmap, and launches, translating business goals into clear, actionable product plans. Define the product direction for design systems, frontend frameworks, and shared navigation patterns that support a unified user experience.

Drive alignment between mobile experiences and shared product foundations to ensure consistency across platforms. Build strong business cases for foundational investments by identifying opportunities, trade-offs, and long-term value.

Partner closely with engineering leaders to make informed decisions around architecture, scalability, and technical priorities. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a strategic product leader with deep experience building SaaS products, strong technical understanding, and the ability to operate at a company-wide level.

Proven experience owning and launching mobile products with measurable impact on engagement, retention, or business outcomes. Experience managing platform products, shared systems, design systems, or infrastructure-focused product areas.

Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers on system design and technical trade-offs. Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and create alignment.

Experience using AI tools to accelerate product development, prototyping, automation, and workflows. Ability to thrive in a remote environment with high ownership and autonomy. Hybrid work options available from local offices depending on location. Competitive compensation package, with salary ranges adjusted based on location.

For candidates based in Poland, compensation ranges from 31,000–40,000 PLN gross per month. Flexible collaboration models, including employment contracts, employment of record, or B2B arrangements depending on region. Work schedule aligned with European time zones.
