As a Technical Product Leader for Search, you will lead the development and optimization of cutting‑edge algorithms and systems that enable consumer engagement.
What You’ll Do Strategy and Vision: Define and execute a product roadmap for Search, aligned with Yelp’s overall business objectives by staying abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape and identifying opportunities for innovation.
Customer Empathy: Understand consumer needs and pain points, and translate them into product requirements by working closely with UXR and Data Science. Algorithm Development: Identify areas for improvement, define & prioritize algorithm development initiatives aligned with business objectives and market trends.
