You’ll have to design and run experiments to try new acquisition channels as well as optimise the current flows to optimize conversions. Who we are UAtalents is a platform that helps Ukrainians displaced due to the war find job opportunities with European and companies worldwide.
We have launched on 7th of March with Meta, Zalando, Flixbus, Bolt, Gorillas and a group of Vs as partners and landed 16K jobs, 25K applicants and got 2.5M page views, c.50K job applications and estimate to have gotten 5K+ applicants to screening interviews with c.400-600 hired.
