Responsibilities Own end-to-end product delivery for parts of the Workspace product: from problem definition and discovery through to release and iteration.

Lead agile ceremonies with your engineering and design triad: sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demos. Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to coordinate launches and ensure alignment across the organization.

Define success metrics for features and track outcomes post-release, using data to drive continuous improvement. Stay informed on trends in AI, digital employee experience, and enterprise SaaS to inform product direction. Familiarity with AI-powered product features or experience.

Proven ability to drive product delivery end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization through to release, with minimal oversight. Strong discovery skills: experience running customer interviews, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, and translating findings into product decisions.

Excellent collaboration skills: you build trust quickly with engineers, designers, and stakeholders across functions. Strong written and verbal communication: comfortable writing crisp user stories, presenting to leadership, and facilitating cross-functional discussions.

Self-starter mindset: you are proactive, organized, and take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting to be directed. Professional-level English, spoken and written. Nice to have Experience working on products related to Digital Employee Experience, IT operations, or enterprise workplace technology.

Background in UX thinking or experience working in a product trio (PM, designer, engineer). Knowledge of agile frameworks and product discovery methodologies (e.g., continuous discovery, JTBD).
