What you'll do * Own the PLG strategy: activation, onboarding, habit loops, and expansion * Turn data into decisions — define metrics, run experiments, kill what doesn't work * Work directly with Engineering, Design, and Data in a fast-moving Agile setup * Identify and remove every drop of friction in the consultant and client journey * Collaborate with Sales and Management to align product motions with revenue REQUIREMENTS * 2+ years of PM experience, ideally at a marketplace o
