The team builds an experience that enables users to easily explore, find, and buy what they want at the best value through an engaging, frictionless, and trusted Search experience, helping them make confident purchase decisions.

Responsibilities Lead the product strategy and roadmap for improving advertising quality on search Be a strategic problem solver and able to synthesize data from multiple sources (including analytics, user research, marketing research, and design) to identify key customer unmet needs, key solutions, and build product vision with search item tiles Work closely with a cross-functional team of engineering, design, analytics, product marketing, and user research to deliver these products Lead the execution of the roadmap by working with data science, engineering, and analytics teams Build MVPs, iterate quickly, and champion execution excellence Conduct A/B tests for launch candidates and collaborate with analytics teams to measure impact on success metrics What You Will Bring (Qualifications) 3+ years of Product Management experience Experience with search and discovery systems, including familiarity with ranking models, search algorithms, and semantic search Familiarity with pay-per-click search advertising systems Strong analytic skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources Passionate advocate for users with a track record of delivering superb user experience within tight constraints Demonstrated leadership ability, self-motivated and directed, entrepreneurial ability to innovate quickly Additional Details eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
