Cross-Functional Collaboration & Drive: Coordinate resources across R&D, Design, Production, Testing, and other departments to drive product development, ensuring timely project delivery meeting quality and cost targets.
Data Tracking & Iterative Optimization: Monitor product market performance and user feedback; plan product feature optimization and version iterations based on data-driven insights.
Compliance Coordination & Risk Management: Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure products comply with target market certification requirements (e.g., CE/ISO); manage product compliance risks. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of product management or R&D experience in the construction machinery industry, with crane product experience required.
