This pivotal role focuses on developing an bexciting, effective, and delightful in-class experience /b for students and empowering our teachers with bexcellent, innovative materials /b to make language learning truly engaging. /p pThis role is ideal for a product leader who is deeply empathetic to both student and teacher needs, possesses a strong background or interest in education technology or curriculum development, and thrives in an entrepreneurial, global environment. /p pbResponsibilities /b /p pbProduct Strategy Vision /b /p liDefine and articulate the bvision, strategy, and roadmap /b for the in-class student and teacher experience across all EF Language Abroad schools. /li liConduct bmarket research, competitive analysis, and customer (student and teacher) interviews /b to identify pain points, opportunities, and unmet needs within the classroom. /li liPrioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and alignment with business goals (e.g., student satisfaction, academic progress, retention). /li pbDevelopment Execution /b /p liOwn the bfull product lifecycle /b from ideation through launch and iteration for all in-class tools, materials, and processes. /li liWork closely with bAcademic Experts and Curriculum Designers /b to translate pedagogical goals into engaging and practical classroom products and materials. /li liCollaborate with bEngineering and Design teams /b (where applicable for digital tools) to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. /li liDefine, track, and analyze bkey performance indicators (KPIs) /b related to in-class experience (e.g., student engagement metrics, course completion rates, teacher material usage, student feedback scores). /li pbTeacher Enablement /b /p liEnsure teachers have the bbest possible materials and support /b to deliver the intended learning experience effectively and efficiently. /li liDevelop btraining materials and guides /b for new product launches or material updates. /li liGather bdirect feedback from teachers /b to rapidly iterate and improve resources and classroom tools. /li pbStakeholder Management /b /p liAct as the primary point of contact and binternal champion /b for the in-class experience, communicating updates, progress, and results to senior leadership and school management globally. /li liPartner closely with bSchool Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams /b to ensure the in-class experience aligns with the overall student journey and value proposition. /li pbRequirements /b /p lib6+ years of experience /b as a Product Manager, preferably in bEdTech, E-learning, or Entertainment/Video. /b /li liProven track record of defining and launching bsuccessful tech and/or educational products or materials /b that demonstrably improve user outcomes. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and draw actionable insights. /li liExcellent bwritten and verbal communication skills /b with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. /li liHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, international setting. /li liBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Technology). /li pbPreferred Qualifications /b /p liExperience working in a bglobal organization /b or a company that manages physical, location-based experiences (e.g., schools, retail). /li liExperience shaping 0 to 1 projects from beginning to launch (and iteration). /li liDeep understanding of bpedagogical principles /b and the challenges/opportunities in a language learning classroom. /li liExperience with bA/B testing, user research methodologies, and rapid prototyping /b in an educational context. /li liProficiency in a second language/experience learning a second language is nice to have.br/ /li pbWhy you’ll enjoy working with EF /b /p liJoin a global leader in international education with over 60 years of impact /li liWork in a vibrant, multicultural environment that celebrates innovation, collaboration, and academic excellence /li liStaff are encouraged to innovate, take ownership of their ideas and bring them to fruition /li liGlobal career opportunities /li liRegular social events /li liEmployee Assistance Program /li liTuition Reimbursement /li liFree Access to EF Hello language learning /li pbProduct Manager - In-Class Experience /b /ppbZurich Office /b /p pEF Language Abroad is seeking an experienced and passionate bProduct Manager /b to own the end-to-end student journey within the classroom setting.
