Darwin Space are currently hiring for a Product Manager on behalf of a business in Munich.

Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time and within scope. Partner with commercial and marketing teams to develop market forecasts, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Define and communicate product value propositions, customer benefits, and competitive differentiators.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical specialists. Demonstrated success managing cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams. Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, cloud-based architectures, and modern technology stacks.

Responsibilities Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the business mobility platform, from concept and validation through deployment and continuous improvement. Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities. Ensure product decisions are driven by customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to guide future enhancements and roadmap priorities. Serve as the primary interface between engineering, commercial, marketing, leadership, customers, and strategic partners.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes. Gather, prioritise, and synthesise customer feedback into meaningful product improvements. Support customer engagements, demonstrations, workshops, and product adoption activities.

Support successful product launches and customer deployments. Contribute to sales enablement materials, customer training, product documentation, and marketing content. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering or a related technical discipline 5+ years of product management experience within one or more of the following sectors: Mobility, Automotive, Transport & Logistics, Agriculture, Telecommunications or Aerospace Experienced of successfully managing products through the full product lifecycle.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments. Hands‑on experience building, testing, launching, or scaling technology products.
