This is a remote, high-availability role for a builder who views a product as a living, breathing ecosystem and is comfortable operating at the absolute frontier of the Web3 economy.

Key Responsibilities Roadmap Orchestration: Own the product strategy and execution, transforming high-level vision into actionable, high-velocity development cycles in Linear . Feature Discovery: Proactively identify and define new product opportunities by analyzing player data, emerging Web3 trends, and competitive market shifts.

Surgical Prioritization: Manage the product backlog with a cold, calculated focus on ROI, ensuring our engineering and design resources are always focused on the highest-impact moves.

Cross-Functional Sync: Act as the primary bridge between Design, Engineering, and Marketing, ensuring every launch is perfectly aligned with the Partyhat "vibe" and technical standards.

Data-Driven Iteration: Use internal analytics and feedback tools to rigorously analyze feature performance, making fast, data-backed decisions on what to scale and what to sunset. Product Integrity: Oversee the "Definition of Done," ensuring every update is polished, intuitive, and meets our world-class standards for performance and security.
