Work with our design team to develop mockups and wireframes, and our engineering team to prioritize and deliver features.

We’re building a new healthcare clearinghouse In the healthcare sector, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) requires that all insurance payers exchange transactions such as claims, eligibility checks, prior authorizations, and remittances using a standardized EDI format called X12 HIPAA.

A small group of legacy clearinghouses process the majority of these transactions, offering consolidated connectivity to carriers and providers. Our clearinghouse product and customer-first approach have set us apart. Stedi was ranked the #3 fastest-growing SaaS vendor in Ramp’s April 2025 report.

What we’re looking for Stedi is the world’s only programmable clearinghouse. We are seeking a technical product manager to own the end‑to‑end user experience of new product development, help drive early adoption, and work with our customers to continue shaping and iterating on our claims and eligibility products.

This role requires someone who can thrive in ambiguity, translate complex customer needs into actionable product direction, and relentlessly pursue product performance and quality. What you’ll do Own the product roadmap for substantial portions of our clearinghouse product.

Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Engineering to develop product direction. Be the primary author of complex, technical product and business documents (e.g. PR/FAQs, BRDs, GitHub tickets). Work with our healthcare customers to gather feedback and requirements and translate them into actionable product.

Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment. Own metrics related to product adoption/engagement. Support and provide expertise on other product initiatives, helping to advance Stedi’s overall product suite.

Who you are Substantial product management experience at a healthcare B2B software company with a track record of delivering successfully‑adopted UI and/or API products. Have an established, demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap.

You can translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience. Highly curious; not satisfied with getting something to work, you want to understand why it works and how to make it high quality.
