Tasks This role is not about babysitting a roadmap but turning the product itself into our best sales channel — removing friction, driving activation, and making users fall in love before they ever talk to sales.
What you'll do Own the PLG strategy: activation, onboarding, habit loops, and expansion Turn data into decisions — define metrics, run experiments, kill what doesn't work Work directly with Engineering, Design, and Data in a fast-moving Agile setup Identify and remove every drop of friction in the consultant and client journey Collaborate with Sales and Management to align product motions with revenue Requirements 2+ years of PM experience, ideally at a marketplace or SaaS company You know what PLG actually means and have shipped it You use AI tools daily.
