Leading the development and execution of innovative air freight products across operations, sales, and IT, tailored to different market segments and contributing to the achievement of global air freight targets including concepts and business cases.
Analyzing the existing product portfolio to identify opportunities for product enhancements, optimization strategies, and new market developments.
Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product strategies and initiatives, enabling efficient tracking and reporting on product performance to derive actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Conducting comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies in the global air freight industry.
