In short: We simplify mobility.Product Manager (all genders)full-time position in our Division Digital Factory in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.Your tasks:Contribute to the product vision and strategy for our European transactions, invoicing, and pricing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectivesDesign and manage the Tribe’s product roadmap, owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to release and iterationCollaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Customer Excellence, Sales) to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient product solutionsConduct market and user research to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and ensure products meet user and customer needsMonitor results through data analysis and user feedback, communicate milestones across the organization, and foster collaboration within the cross-European product organizationYour profile:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology with proven product management experience in innovative, tech-driven environmentsStrong proficiency in agile product management, product strategy, prioritization, go-to-market practices, and tools such as Atlassian Suite, Figma, Jira, and ConfluenceStrong technical skills with demonstrated experience in systems integration and ability to comprehend technical documentation, specifications, and architecture diagramsDemonstrated ability to manage products across the lifecycle with strategic thinking, product discovery, design, and replatforming experienceExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a positive, hands-on mindset and readiness for transformationData-driven mindset, agile way of working, readiness for TransformationStrong communication skills with fluency in English is required; German, French, or other European languages are a strong advantageAvailability for quarterly international travel for PI Planning workshopsWhat do we offer?Flexible working hours: The optimal compatibility of family, leisure and career is a matter of course for us.Shopping Card: The Ticket Plus City Card is topped up with 50 per month for all employees.Mobile working: Whether working from home or on site in a team, flexibility is very important to us.
