In short: We simplify mobility.Product Manager (all genders) Toll Tribefull-time position in our Division Digital Factory in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.Your tasks:Execute Edenred Mobility’s product strategy and contribute to the product vision of our European Fleet Management platformOwn and manage the product roadmap by translating business goals, customer needs, and market insights into clear priorities and impactful product initiativesDrive product discovery and solution design by defining requirements, user journeys, and feature concepts in close collaboration with Engineering, UX, and Product OwnersSupport the delivery process end-to-end, ensuring high-quality execution, alignment across stakeholders, and continuous optimization based on data and user feedbackWork closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Customer Excellence to align priorities and deliver customer-centric solutionsAnalyze product performance, customer behavior, and operational insights to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-makingYour profile:3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar role in a digital product environment, along with a relevant university degreeExperience working with complex B2B products, platforms, enterprise software, or customer-facing digital solutions; mobility or tolling industry experience is a plusStrong understanding of agile product management, product discovery, user research, and product lifecycle managementComfortable working closely with technical teams and able to understand APIs, integrations, backend system behavior, and technical documentationHands-on and data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics, customer feedback, and AI-supported tools to drive decisions and measure impactStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with a structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented way of workingPassion for creating intuitive user experiences and delivering high-quality digital productsAvailability for quarterly international travel for PI Planning workshopsFluent in English; German or additional European languages are a plusWhat do we offer?Flexible working hours: The optimal compatibility of family, leisure and career is a matter of course for us.Shopping Card: The Ticket Plus City Card is topped up with 50 per month for all employees.Mobile working: Whether working from home or on site in a team, flexibility is very important to us.
