This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and requires collaboration with various cross‑functional teams. This position is accountable for leading projects and for supporting the Product Development and Business Development Team in introducing new products.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Product Strategy Development: Develop and implement product strategies for the glove line in alignment with company goals and objectives. • Market Research and Analysis: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in conducting market research to identify customer needs, trends, competitor products, and opportunities in the medical device industry and other verticals.

Monitor and analyze product performance and make data‑driven recommendations for product improvements and enhancements. • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams including marketing, channel marketing, R&D, manufacturing, and sales to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure successful product development and launch. • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations and advancements in gloves to inform product development and positioning. • Pricing, Forecasting and Revenue Modeling: Create and manage product budgets, develop pricing strategies, revenue models, and monitor success metrics to ensure profitability. • Business Case Development for new products. • Market Launch Support: Collaborate with other teams and support development and execution of product packaging, collaterals, sales training materials and promotional pieces.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS • Inside working conditions. • Ability to travel internationally up to 15% of the time. • Flexibility to be available in Asia and US Eastern time zones. • No environmental hazards indicated for this classification. • Open to a remote working environment with local regional travel as necessary.

The Product Manager Gloves is the subject matter expert (SME) responsible for developing new product pipelines and managing products that align with customer needs. The individual in this role is a strategic thinker with good analytical acumen, exceptional communication skills and a drive for success.

The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. Tasks include claims approvals, packaging and collateral approvals per internal system guidelines. • Represent the company and the glove product line at industry events, conferences and trade shows.

Conduct sales training and customer presentations. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with regular follow‑ups with customers. Actively seek ways to optimize processes and increase efficiency. • Additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related discipline, required. • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management. • Relevant merchandising experience, selecting product assortment, setting pricing, margins, promotions, managing vendor relationships, driving category strategy and innovation. • Project Management experience.

PMP certification preferred. • Advanced‑level knowledge in Microsoft Excel (modeling/analysis/dashboard creation, Power Query, Power Pivot and Power BI modeling). Certifications preferred. Strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret data and identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.

The candidate should be able to effectively collaborate with others, communicate product vision, and manage relationships with stakeholders. Strong financial acumen preferred, including exposure to basic financial modeling and business case development.

Impactful written and oral communication skills (including preparation and delivery of structured presentations). Owens & Minor is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
