You will lead the strategy and evolution of a billing platform, solving complex challenges for businesses operating internationally. Working within a cross-functional product team, you will collaborate with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include: • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the billing platform, aligning priorities with broader business objectives. • Own the end-to-end product experience, from identifying customer and business needs to delivering scalable software solutions. • Work closely with engineering, design, operations, sales, and other stakeholders to solve complex product challenges. • Identify the most valuable problems to solve and guide teams toward effective, iterative solutions. • Break down strategic initiatives into clear short- and medium-term goals that teams can execute against. • Act as a subject matter expert for the billing product area, understanding customer needs, business requirements, and market opportunities. • Lead prioritization decisions by balancing customer impact, business value, technical complexity, and long-term strategy. • Support the delivery of high-impact product improvements through efficient experimentation and iteration. • Define and monitor key product metrics and business KPIs to measure success and guide decisions. • Collaborate with technical teams to develop prototypes, validate ideas, and accelerate product development using modern AI-powered tools. • Manage complex projects independently while ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders. • Communicate product vision, progress, and impact clearly across the organization. • Contribute knowledge, processes, and best practices to strengthen product management capabilities. • Work effectively in an asynchronous environment, promoting transparency, ownership, and proactive decision-making.

The required qualifications and skills include: • Previous experience as a Product Manager focused on billing, invoicing, payments, financial products, or similar domains. • Experience working in high-growth technology companies or environments with complex product challenges. • Ability to use AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar solutions to independently build, debug, and ship functional prototypes or small code changes. • Strong strategic judgment with the ability to make effective prioritization and feature-scope decisions. • Proven track record of delivering measurable product improvements and business impact. • Passion for creating simple, effective, and scalable solutions to complex problems. • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical, commercial, and operational teams. • Ability to translate business requirements into clear product strategies and actionable plans. • Experience working with engineering and design teams to deliver successful products. • Strong ownership mindset, autonomy, curiosity, and ability to drive initiatives forward. • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills. • Experience working in remote or distributed teams is considered an advantage.
