Our client a global financial institution is looking to hire a Product Manager for their Transaction Banking business.

Strong experience managing cross-functional or design teams. This role will support the growth of cash management revenues by driving and delivering cash management product capability in Europe.
Responsibilities:
• Domestic end-to-end owner of all Cash Products in Europe.
• Articulation & Delivery of overall Product Strategy.
• Evaluate competitive environment for all Cash products, identify market opportunities & deliver strategy to grow revenue.
• Work closely with the Relationship Managers to develop pricing, sales, and product strategies.
• Identify impacts of industry change.
Requirements:
Proven and progressive experience in product management, operations or technology.
3-5 years experience in product management. Proven leadership skills in complex, matrixed organizations. Extensive experience in commercial and business management either in product management, operations or IT.
Preferably experienced in one or more Payments and Cash Management core business lines. Strong process reengineering/business transformation experience. Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to effectively work with multiple business partners to develop and commercialize product propositions.
Outstanding analytical skills and detail-oriented.
