Your mission is to ensure that LYNX-owned trading platforms become indispensable tools in the daily trading routines of our clients. You combine strategic product thinking, fintech expertise, and strong execution to deliver innovative, differentiated trading experiences that create clear value for users and strengthen LYNX’s competitive position.

What you’ll do • Product Strategy & Vision: Define a clear vision and outcomes for the complete trading experience across all LYNX-owned trading platforms, ensuring they play a meaningful role throughout the investment journey. • Roadmap Ownership: Prioritize and maintain a living roadmap, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term strategic initiatives. • End-to-End Delivery: Drive initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration; write epics/stories, make trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery. • Customer & Market Insight: Conduct research and analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Align Engineering, Design, Data, and QA around shared goals and priorities; resolve blockers and drive execution. • Squad Alignment: Work closely with Business Analysts to translate product vision into actionable backlogs and maintain alignment across squads. • Stakeholder Communication: Keep leadership and key stakeholders informed; clearly communicate vision, priorities, trade-offs, and progress. • Metrics & Iteration: Own KPIs for the trading platforms (e.g. adoption, CSAT, Monthly Active Users, engagement); run experiments and optimize based on results. • Quality & Risk Management: Partner with QA, DevOps, Compliance, and Legal to ensure product reliability, security, and regulatory compliance. • Coaching & Product Excellence: Support Business Analysts in their development and contribute to improving product management standards and ways of working.

Who you are You are a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager with deep interest in trading and financial markets.

You combine product craftsmanship, analytical rigor, and strong stakeholder management to deliver measurable business and client value. • You have 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or a related product/consulting/operations role • You have a strong personal interest in trading and financial markets and are eager to turn this passion into your daily work • You have a proven track record of shipping products or major features end-to-end • You have strong discovery and validation skills and can translate insights into product opportunities • You are highly data fluent and comfortable with KPI frameworks, funnels, cohorts, experimentation, and BI/SQL • You understand trading strategies, trading tools, and financial products • You can balance client value, technical feasibility, compliance, and business objectives in decision-making • You are comfortable operating in a dynamic and complex stakeholder environment • You communicate clearly and persuasively across technical and non-technical audiences Nice to have • Experience in fintech and brokerage • Familiarity with regulatory constraints and audit/compliance processes • API/platform product experience and understanding of data/event models • Prototyping skills (e.g.
