Responsibilities Define and implement the country-level product strategy aligned with global and EMEA objectives Lead end-to-end product launches using structured frameworks, ensuring strong market readiness and execution Develop and localise value propositions, messaging, and communication plans tailored to different customer groups Manage the full product lifecycle, from launch through to optimisation and retirement Drive upgrade penetration strategies by identifying opportunities and implementing targeted campaigns Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform positioning, strategy, and decision‑making Partner with Sales, Clinical, Education, and Commercial Excellence teams to drive adoption and performance Develop and co‑create training materials, field plays, and sales support tools Monitor product performance through KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly Support local markets with implementation, alignment, and day‑to‑day product management activities Act as a strong advocate for the CI/AI portfolio, shaping messaging and responding to competitive activity Contribute to regional (EMEA) product management projects and strategic initiatives Requirements 2+ years’ experience in product management, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences Analytical and strategic thinker, able to turn insights into actionable plans Experience working across cross‑functional and matrix environments Ability to simplify complex or technical topics for broad audiences Strong project management and organisational skills Results‑oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively #J-18808-Ljbffr
