Requirements Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science/Software Development, Marketing, Data/Analytics, or a comparable field At least 3 years of experience in software product management and with complex web technologies—ideally in customer-facing environments such as marketplaces, e-commerce, B2B platforms, or other digital platform models Strong understanding of funnel analysis, automation, customer-centric optimizations, and system integrations Very good analytical skills and at least 2 years of experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, data visualization/transformation tools, pivot tables, or comparable solutions Basic technical understanding and an interest in modern technologies and AI-supported workflows are a plus Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal Enthusiasm for complex digital products and for digitizing a traditional industry Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style with high personal initiative Enjoyment of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and a willingness to critically question existing processes #J-18808-Ljbffr Responsibilities You lead the entire product lifecycle in the Customer Success area with a high degree of ownership, from discovery and ideation, through prioritization and implementation, to continuous improvement.
You identify and evaluate the most important initiatives by understanding and contextualizing customer problems, company objectives, market trends, and competitive developments. You work closely with engineers, designers, and internal experts to solve complex problems, implement new ideas, and continuously improve existing features.
You regularly communicate with customers across multiple channels and represent their perspective within the company. You analyze product performance and relevant metrics to ensure that goals are met.
