You will take overall product responsibility for Beats Radio Strategic and operational development of the station Content maintenance, structuring and quality control across all platforms Further development of the on-air design (sound design, packaging, promotions) in collaboration with creative and production teams Planning and implementation of brand marketing measures on-air and off‑air Building and maintaining a network of artists, influencers and promotional partners Requirements You understand the DNA of Beats Radio Professional experience in product management of digital media (radio, streaming, audio) and strong genre sensibility Strong instinct for suitable artists — you know the scene, follow trends and can identify labels, producers and acts that fit Beats Radio Experience with playlist tools and ideally with music planning/scheduling software Strong brand awareness and a good sense for target audiences Team player with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for shaping a young brand #J-18808-Ljbffr
