Our solutions enable the rapid development of new measurement concepts and the optimisation of complex quality processes in electromobility, aviation, medical technology, additive manufacturing and the plastics industry.As Product Manager (f/m/x) , you will drive the development and market success of innovative microscopy solutions by translating customer needs and market insights into product requirements, shaping product roadmaps, and collaborating closely with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to bring customer-focused solutions to market.

Your RoleActively drive the development and communication of product development projects in close collaboration with all stakeholdersContribute to the product development roadmap by conducting market research to identify customer needs and resulting product requirementsWork closely with R&D teams to ensure that product development is aligned with customer needs and validate new product features personallyDevelop go-to-market strategies together with our sales and marketing colleagues, including product positioning, pricing, and promotionMonitor product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve product features and functionalityYour ProfileUniversity degree in natural sciences, material sciences, or similar - PhD in similar field advantageous, Ideally, background in the semiconductor industry (any touchpoints would also be favorable)Minimum 3 years of professional

experience in electron microscopy, e-beam instrumentation, or similar Experience in product management, project management, marketing for scientific or industrial instrumentation is advantageousOutstanding communication and mediation skills & self-driven mindset with the ambition to make a differenceHighly analytical approach to structuring complex problems and ability to quickly create trust and build a strong network within various departmentsExceptional work ethic and commitment to deliver resultsProfessional proficiency in English is mandatory for this positionBecome part of our team and shape the microscopy systems of tomorrow!
