This role sits within the Global Service Product Management organization and is a key partner to the EMEA domain and leadership teams. Operationalizes service platforms from global team. Represents regional field and customer voice to global team. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and initiatives.
What Will You Do The Product Manager, EMEA, Security Service is accountable for innovation, development, and management of service products within the Security domain in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
This role operationalizes global service platforms within the region and is responsible for building and managing region‑specific service products using the Rapid Closed Loop (RCLP) new service design process. Builds and launches region‑specific service offerings as needed, in alignment with global standards.
Serves as domain service subject‑matter expert (SME). Participates in problem‑solving, kaizen, and VSM events. Success Measures Supports region domain service P&L performance, including revenue growth and margin expansion. Delivers on performance new service introduction (NSI). Improves service attach/linkage rates across the portfolio.
Increases premium (full coverage) service mix. Drives growth in connected assets. Required Extensive experience in service product management, service operations, service commercial enablement, or product lifecycle management. Proven expertise in the Security Service domain, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
Proven track record of successfully bringing new capabilities to market. Strong project management and execution skills. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Willingness and ability to travel 10–25% of the time. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration & Management, or Technology.
Experience working with digital or connected solutions. Familiarity with Lean methodologies and tools. Additional Information We believe that great talent isn’t limited by location.
