The Role: Product Strategy & Roadmap Develop and execute GTS strategy for European import/export declarations; maintain a responsive roadmap. Innovate compliance automation for EU and country codes, focusing mainly on Europe with global awareness. Stakeholder Management Serve as main contact between engineering, compliance, brokers, and customers.

Build relationships with customs authorities and support sales and implementation. Requirements & Execution Gather and analyze stakeholder input; translate customs rules into specs and user stories. Ensure accurate localization and validate compliance of product.

Customer Advocacy & Support Represent customers in development, resolve escalated issues, and gather feedback. What you bring: Experience 10+ years in product management, trade compliance, and logistics. Extensive SAP GTS implementation.

Knowledge of S/4HANA would be a plus Skills Expert in European customs, SAP GTS architecture, and data integration. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Languages Fluent English; skilled in specifications and presentations. Preferred Qualifications Experience with other SAP trade compliance solutions.

Customs/trade compliance background. Knowledge of emerging technologies, especially AI and regulatory change management. Prior interaction with customs authorities.
