Your tasks with MAXXimum focus Product Development • Develop innovative protein bars, functional snacks, bites, cookies, wafers and related concepts • Manage projects from the initial idea and sampling through calculation to market launch • Optimize existing products regarding taste, texture, nutrition, ingredients, packaging and cost • Coordinate tastings, product trials and optimization rounds Trends & Portfolio • Identify relevant consumer, flavor, ingredient and packaging trends • Conduct market and competitor analyses • Translate insights into new product concepts and portfolio opportunities • Support the continuous development of the Bars & Snacks category Suppliers & Project Coordination • Identify and manage manufacturers, suppliers and development partners • Coordinate timelines, responsibilities and information across internal and external stakeholders • Conduct price inquiries and product calculations • Participate in supplier meetings, production trials and industry events Regulatory & Quality • Review recipes, ingredients, nutritional values, claims and packaging texts • Ensure compliance with LMIV and European food law • Maintain product specifications, master data and relevant documentation • Support quality management and continuous product improvement Your skillset - as strong as our protein • Degree or vocational qualification in food technology, food science, ecotrophology, nutritional science or a comparable field • 1 - 3 years of experience in product development, product management or category management within the food industry • Experience with bars, snacks, functional foods or sports nutrition is highly desirable • Very good knowledge of the LMIV and European food law • Strong understanding of ingredients, sensory properties, production processes and product calculations • Passion for taste, textures, consumer trends and innovative product concepts • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style • Strong ownership, organizational skills and commercial awareness • Fluent English and business German About us Quality & Innovations from IronMaxx® Nutrition Premium sports nutrition - Designed in Germany!
