Задачи
Drive product initiatives within the AI Agent Studio across the AI Agent Builder and Human-in-the-Loop interfaces; Translate user and business needs into product capabilities and clear product decisions; Define requirements, write specifications and user stories, use AI to build product designs, manage the backlog, and drive end-to-end delivery; Work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and Delivery teams; Gather customer and stakeholder feedback, analyze usage, validate assumptions, and feed learnings back into the product; Contribute to documentation, release communication, enablement, and internal and external readiness.
Требования
Degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; 2+ Years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership for B2B software; Experience shipping features end-to-end in an agile environment; Strong understanding of modern software product development practices; Ability to think in workflows and usability, proactively drive topics, and manage multiple initiatives; Clear communication across Engineering, AI, Design, Delivery, and Go-to-Market teams; Comfortable working directly with customers to gather feedback and validate assumptions; Ownership, fast learning, organization, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment; Nice to have: Familiarity with AI or LLM-powered products.
