• Shape the courier experience and improve delivery efficiency
• Improve the user journey from courier onboarding through completed deliveries
• Design features that increase courier satisfaction
• Refine delivery processes and contribute to courier engagement, performance, and satisfaction metrics
• Shape the live delivery experience for courier partners, merchant-courier interaction at pickup, and consumer-courier interaction at the doorstep through Courier app surfaces
• Define the vision and roadmap for courier and delivery experiences across multiple projects
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on cross-team initiatives and contribute to broader business strategy
• Support cross-functional teams across engineering, design, product, data, and operations
• Define, execute, and measure meaningful OKRs aligned with company-wide goals
• Manage stakeholders across internal teams and external partners and engage with leadership in a high-visibility role
Требования
• Several years of experience in product management, specializing in consumer-facing products
• Expertise in developing user-centric products and addressing complex user experience challenges
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and fostering operational excellence in fast-paced, high-demand industries
• Proven track record of building products and influencing engineering, data, design, and operations teams
• High ownership, collaborative capabilities, thoughtful decision‑making, and strong attention to product details
• Ability to focus on the bigger picture and create solutions benefiting couriers, operations, and customer experiences across the organization
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
