What You Will Do: • Understand the video games services environment, competitive landscape, and needs of internal and external customers while maintaining market insights. • Monitor and report on emerging and disruptive technologies like AI in the games testing space. • Contribute domain expertise to the Product Management team and provide business leadership to development teams, fostering a coherent strategy across teams.

Propose and implement a services and technology roadmap and delivery plan, focusing on innovation and differentiation. • Define and monitor KPIs for technology deliverables, advise on product utilization and cost models, and analyze business models and pricing for products and services. • Support technology deployment and adoption in collaboration with R&D, Engineering, and Test teams, and monitor the customer satisfaction model. • Propose and support the execution of a go-to-market model, contribute to marketing content creation and sales training, and actively participate in the marketing outreach plan. • Represent Lionbridge Games Test at industry events, customer meetings, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert.

To Be Successful You Will Have: • Degree or higher (Masters or higher appreciated), with 5+ years’ experience in the games industry and 3+ years’ experience in Product Management, Development, Testing, or Engineering. • Experience in Product Management (games, Testing, or LQA) and Marketing is highly desirable. • A passion for games and innovation combined with an excellent understanding of Games Functional Testing, Games Test Automation, Games LQA Testing, or AI Technologies. • English language fluency (additional languages are an asset) and strong communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts. • Demonstrated drive for results, strong organizational skills, the ability to think strategically, work independently, and lead cross-team initiatives by influence. • Data-driven thinking and familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe appreciated).
