Key Responsibilities Responsibility for a global product portfolio in the tracheostomy sector Initiating and further developing the portfolio based on product and market performance Creating and maintaining portfolio and pipeline overviews, as well as communicating these internally and externally Developing solutions to minimise risk and manage escalations Leading and participating in international projects within the product portfolio environment Developing and maintaining competitive analyses and market intelligence Supporting the markets and global market communications Actively shaping the organisational development of the area of responsibility Working closely with global teams, internal interfaces and international sales units Key Focus Areas of the Position Responsibility for the global merchandise portfolio (Third Party Products) Preparing and helping to organise business meetings and contract negotiations in collaboration with Procurement Developing well‑founded business cases, including make‑or‑buy analyses Identifying and realising global synergies Ensuring sustainable portfolio management and optimising complementary product segments Your profile A bachelor’s degree in medical technology, business, healthcare/health management or natural sciences/biomedical sciences (or equivalent); alternatively, a completed vocational qualification in the healthcare sector (nursing, medical laboratory technician, medical imaging technician, physiotherapy) is desirable In‑depth knowledge and several years’ experience (3‑5 years) in international product and portfolio management, ideally in a regulated environment (MedTech/Pharma) Strong project‑management skills, as well as experience in international communication and stakeholder management Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g.
