Your responsibilities
Make recommendations and build commercial offers in collaboration with Sales, with the aim of providing initial provisioning solutions to customers during the EIS (Entry into Service) of new aircraft programmes Deliver on commitments, once Commercial Offers have been converted into POs (Purchase Orders) Optimize operational tasks, once the process has been reviewed and the initial steps towards automation and efficiency have been identified Provide guidance to all functions and act as the product focal point for other customer‑facing teams, including the Sales Community and Customer Facing Community (Field Representatives, Account Directors, market product managers, and other relevant parties) Serve as the second‑level product escalation point, for customer requests, pain points and P&L (Profit and Loss) decisions Identify potential improvements from customer feedback, jointly define regional requirements and prioritize with relevant stakeholders in the E2E (End‑to‑End) value stream Responsible for defining and driving the road to market strategy for new opportunities and services developed within the E2E Value stream Promote, advertise and consult our GSE Tools portfolio in international MROs (Maintenance, Repair, Operations and Overhaul), roadshows, customer and supplier visits, events, etc.
Your profile
Completed studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or comparable Work experience in the field of Marketing, Project Management, Supply Chain, Product-Management and Supplier Management Basic knowledge in Change- and Risk-Management Experience in SAP and Google Workspace Knowledge in Skywise and with Agile-Working-Environments is a plus Fluent English skills German would be a plus Willingness to travel (at least once per quarter, worldwide) Working hours depending on different time zones (between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
