Responsibilities Full phase‑in and phase‑out of products in coordination with corporate headquarters and specialist departments (including provision of all required sales materials) Monitor the market, trends (including pricing and standards) and competitors Derive requirements for new products and for product adjustments within our portfolio Plan and execute regular sales activities (campaigns, clearance sales, bundles, etc.); prepare content for marketing activities Track sales figures and market shares and provide corresponding reporting Prepare price lists for the products you are responsible for Produce technical documentation to support sales (competitive comparisons, product marketing, etc.) Deliver product training internally and externally in coordination with the academy and the sales team Requirements Completed higher commercial and/or technical qualification Strong market and customer understanding, plus analytical and conceptual skills High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and the ability to lead and motivate across functions Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a confident manner with internal and external stakeholders Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken; French skills are an advantage Structured, independent and solution‑oriented working style with high resilience Professional experience in product management or a comparable role; experience in heat pumps, HVAC or building services engineering is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
