Задачи • Drive the strategy and execution for self-service product configuration and orchestration tools • Define and execute the roadmap for N26's core product infrastructure, including transactional and gateway data flows • Maintain and scale the central system of record for financial features, interest rates, limits, and fee structures • Partner with product managers, designers, and core engineers to improve platform architecture • Work with Local Market Teams, Legal, Operations, and Compliance to embed automated compliance guardrails into the Product Factory framework • Oversee technical relationships and integrations with third-party core banking providers and external financial vendors Требования • 4+ Years of Product Management experience, ideally in FinTech, modern banking, core banking, or a complex platform/API-driven ecosystem • Strong familiarity with backend architectures, relational databases, system integrations, and internal API products • Proven experience with centralized digital product catalogs, configuration engines, or complex financial orchestration systems • An autonomous, adaptive operator with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong bias for action • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Deep understanding of agile product development, continuous integration, and scalable delivery practices • Undergraduate degree in STEM, Business, or Economics • Nice to have: Experience managing high-engagement third-party vendors, an MBA, MS, or equivalent advanced degree Условия • Employee benefits include a personal development budget, work from home budget, fitness and wellness discounts, language apps, and public transportation support • Premium subscription on a personal N26 bank account, plus subscriptions for friends and family members • Additional day of annual leave for each year of service • A high degree of autonomy and access to cutting-edge technologies • Relocation package with visa support is available
