Historically, the group grew strongly through M&A activity. DBAG Fund VIII acquired Dantherm Group in November 2021.
With the acquisition of German Trotec in 2022, Dantherm Group established itself as a future-proof multichannel supplier in both the B2B and B2C sphere.
