Play a key role in the Annual Strategic Review (ASR) process and contribute to marketing strategy development.

You will act as a strategic partner to sales, product management and local marketing teams, developing tailored value propositions that resonate with customers and position our solutions as market leaders. Develop impactful tools (e.g., ROI and TCO calculators) to support negotiations in partnership with internal teams and external consultants.
Collaborate with the public policy team to influence PPC market development and participate in political discussions and debates.
Product Manager PDC, PPC & New Market As a dynamic Product Manager, you will drive growth in the emerging PDC, PPC and new markets segments, shaping go‑to‑market strategies, forging commercial and technical partnerships, and establishing influential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to accelerate adoption and success.
Responsibilities Evaluate opportunities for market growth and lead regional adoption of the Rowa & Parata product portfolio across Europe in collaboration with business development, sales, and local product managers.
Identify and engage key European partners to deliver holistic solutions and seamless integration with customers’ operational landscapes. Define and refine the segment‑specific value proposition, analyze competitive landscapes, and enable the commercial organization through targeted training.
Establish reference sites, create compelling case studies, and secure customer speakers for events to showcase success stories. Key Performance Indicators Revenue growth in PDC and PPC fields. Successful partnerships driving funnel growth. Development of strategic accounts with business development.
Enhanced customer engagement, satisfaction and referral rate. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in intralogistics or related fields. Proven Key Account Management expertise and strong commercial acumen.
Exceptional communication skills with experience in matrix organizations. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management capabilities. Fluent in German and English.
