Act as Product Owner (m/f/d) for one Scrum team: manage and prioritize the backlog, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and drive sprint goals. Coordinate releases and go‑to‑market activities for new features and products in collaboration with relevant teams.

Put customers at the center: collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and other stakeholders to build tailored solutions for different customer segments. Analyze user behavior and product performance; turn insights into data‑driven product decisions and continuous improvements.

Keep a close eye on market dynamics, competitors, and technology trends in the smart charging ecosystem. Who you are Successfully completed degree (e.g., business, engineering, computer science, or similar). Proven professional experience in product development for digital products/services.

Strong knowledge of agile product development methods and hands‑on experience working as a Product Owner (m/f/d) in Scrum. Experience taking technical or digital products from concept to launch (discovery, delivery, rollout, iteration). A data‑driven mindset and confidence in using analytics to guide prioritization and product decisions.

Ideally, initial market and product knowledge in smart charging / EV charging (connectivity, energy/load management, etc.). Fluent in German & English written & spoken, and confident with common tools such as MS Office (experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus). Are you a good fit for us?
