At Cramer Arbeitsbühnen, you get the rare opportunity to build an innovative rental offering from the ground up: from the initial market analysis to the successful launch of a technical product that appeals to a broad and diverse customer base.
Your tasks: You will develop a new business area in the rental sector from the ground up – the concept, structures, and processes will be largely shaped by you. You will systematically analyze markets, target groups, and competitors, deriving concrete recommendations for action.
You will develop a go-to-market strategy and oversee its implementation from planning to market launch. You will manage pilot projects: planning, execution, and evaluation – and you'll quickly learn from what works (and what doesn't). You will independently prepare decision‑making documents and reports for management.
Your profile Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or a comparable field – or a convincing alternative such as a commercial apprenticeship. or electrical engineering training with professional experience in a commercial setting. 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in an entrepreneurial role: product management, business development, strategy, or consulting.
Analytical thinking meets strong implementation skills – you can read data and derive decisions from it, not just write reports. Personal responsibility is not just a buzzword for you: you take initiative, structure things yourself, and don't wait for finished concepts.
Strong communication skills – internally and externally, written and verbal; You can explain complex issues simply. Knowledge in the areas of rentals, mobility services, or related industries is a plus, but not a requirement.
