As a Product Manager, you will be an integral part of our Fleet Management Software team, working closely with various stakeholders to enhance our Sertica system.

What Makes You A Fit • Seafaring background with a strong understanding of spare part, safety, and reporting procedures on board. • Proven experience in requirement handling and product management, with a track record of successful projects. • Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple work streams and topics simultaneously. • Experience with master data systems, particularly Sertica, is highly advantageous. • Strong analytical skills to navigate complex processes and systems across various departments. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse teams. • Willingness to adapt and learn, keeping up with changing regulations and industry trends. • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies is an asset. • A commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards is essential.

What You’ll Do • Serve as the primary point of contact and expert guide for Sertica-related matters, collaborating with diverse stakeholders. • Take ownership of HSQE and purchasing segments, driving continuous improvement. • Collect and develop requirements to enhance our systems, data, and processes, ensuring alignment with changing industry needs. • Prioritize tasks, manage change requests, and track progress effectively. • Negotiate and collaborate with our vendor to implement change requests and resolve errors promptly. • Contribute innovative ideas to optimize our software solutions, making them exceptional for all users. • Foster open communication with internal departments and our crew, ensuring a smooth flow of information. • Challenge and question established processes to drive process improvement and innovation.
