Your New Role With strategic foresight, you will identify markets, customer needs, and competitors, pinpoint trends, and derive application scenarios from them You will be responsible for developing and maintaining competitive products, product strategies, and roadmaps in close coordination with senior management You will serve as the link between Engineering, Production, R&D, and Sales when it comes to prioritizing projects, defining specifications for new developments, and supporting product development projects In collaboration with Sales and Marketing, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from market launch to ongoing support You will also monitor product performance over the long term and manage the continuous improvement process What you ideally bring to the table You hold a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a related field You have some professional experience in product management and project management You have in-depth technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, ideally in the context of packaging processes You are a team player and enjoy working at the interface between different departments.
