Defining and developing the product vision and strategic roadmap. Managing the entire product discovery process – from initial ideas through concepts to validated features. Bridging the gap between customers, sales, development, and stakeholders Active expectation management and prioritization of the product backlog.

Designing and implementing ideas, mockups, and prototypes to validate customer needs. Conducting thorough market and competitive analyses to identify trends and technological opportunities.

Supporting go-to-market strategy by delivering product presentations and webinars for customers and partners. 2-3 years of experience in product management at a software company, in B2B software environments, or SaaS Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or product discovery (e.g., Design Thinking) UX affinity and a strong eye for user experience, with experience using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, etc.

Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into clear business cases. Confidence and excellent presentation skills (in German and English) to communicate technical content in an engaging way.
