We are extending our team and are looking for a Product Manager (m/w/d) to join us as soon as possible. We supply premium seed to international wholesalers in more than 120 countries worldwide and operate breeding and production facilities on various continents.
Responsibilities Accountable for the product life cycle management process Actively support the global Portfolio Team to insure having the right product at the right time, at the right place and at the right cost Organize and coordinate the implementation of crop teams and crop business plans for key crops Develop and execute product launch plans for the Benary product pipeline Analyze market and competition information on a regular basis Support the global sales team by providing best in class Sales and Marketing tools Be responsible for the internal and external trial management in close cooperation with R&D and Sales Represent the company in the market place and be an ambassador for Benary genetics Required qualifications and skills Have a bachelor degree in horticulture or adequate professional education Experience in the horticultural industry (2-5 years), preferably in the seed or young plant business Excellent analytical and interpretation skills High degree of self-motivation and goal-orientation Communication skills and ability to be a team player High proficiency in the English language, other foreign languages are appreciated Willingness to travel frequently (mainly Europe and US) Passion for flowers and people We offer We offer you a job with responsible, varied tasks in a highly motivated, international and forward-thinking team.
