Your Tasks

• *** Responsible for product management in the areas of coding, medical controlling, and revenue management for the markets in Austria with LKF as the primary focus for
• Austria* Define, evolve, and communicate the product vision and strategic direction for medical controlling and revenue management*
• Own the product roadmap
• Austria, including strategic prioritization and alignment with ORBIS
• Medical Controlling modules* Collect, analyze, define, and prioritize market, customer, and regulatory requirements with specific attention to
• Austrian LKF processes* Prepare, support, and conduct customer workshops for requirements validation and solution alignment*
• Ensure a structured defect management process and maintain high quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle* Drive implementation of prioritized requirements in close collaboration with R&D, fellow product managers, and key stakeholders**You bring in:*** Degree in medicine, health economics, medical controlling, nursing, or a comparable field of study or training, ideally complemented by additional qualification in medical controlling*
• You have at least 5 years of practical experience in medical controlling in somatic medicine; knowledge of psychiatry would be desirable, e.g., in a hospital, health insurance company, medical service, or through experience with a software manufacturer.* Knowledge of the LKF model in Austria is essential.*
• You have knowledge of and are interested in processes in the field of medical controlling and revenue management and are able to communicate these clearly to non-experts* IT skills (ORBIS or comparable HIS, medical software in general)* An independent way of working and very good analytical skills as well as excellent communication and self-management skills*
