Your Responsibilities Develop and implement product strategies, product launch plans, and product roadmaps Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and identify new business opportunities Work closely with customers, sales partners, international distributors, and internal cross‑functional teams Manage product launches, product changes, and product‑related projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Create product documentation and sales materials, and conduct product training sessions Support marketing and sales activities, including participation in trade fairs and industry congresses Your Profile Successfully completed degree in Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in product management, ideally within the medical device industry Strong understanding of B2B market dynamics and customer requirements Knowledge of the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and other relevant regulatory requirements is an advantage Proficiency in working with ERP and CRM systems Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and a structured, independent approach to work Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel and professional proficiency in both German and English Nice to Have Initial experience in one or more of the following areas: Procedure Packs/Custom Packs Interventional Cardiology OEM and Private Label projects MDR‑compliant product changes, including supplier and manufacturer transitions Company pension scheme, job bike leasing, and corporate benefits contribute to your financial security and personal well‑being.
