Your Responsibilities • Develop and implement product strategies, product launch plans, and product roadmaps • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and identify new business opportunities • Work closely with customers, sales partners, international distributors, and internal cross‑functional teams • Manage product launches, product changes, and product‑related projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements • Create product documentation and sales materials, and conduct product training sessions • Support marketing and sales activities, including participation in trade fairs and industry congresses Your Profile • Successfully completed degree in Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in product management, ideally within the medical device industry • Strong understanding of B2B market dynamics and customer requirements • Knowledge of the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and other relevant regulatory requirements is an advantage • Proficiency in working with ERP and CRM systems • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and a structured, independent approach to work • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Willingness to travel and professional proficiency in both German and English Nice to Have Initial experience in one or more of the following areas: • Procedure Packs/Custom Packs • Interventional Cardiology • OEM and Private Label projects • MDR‑compliant product changes, including supplier and manufacturer transitions • Company pension scheme, job bike leasing, and corporate benefits contribute to your financial security and personal well‑being. • A permanent employment contract with a stable company offers you long‑term career prospects. • Experience a corporate culture where diversity, collaboration and mutual respect are key. • We offer flexible working hours and the option to work remotely part of the time. • Regular training opportunities support your ongoing professional and personal development.
