Responsibilities Lead the development and strategic expansion of the Mobile Payment & Digitalized Card Solutions portfolio, managing assigned products throughout their entire lifecycle—from concept development and launch to continuous enhancement and optimization.

Analyze, optimize, and digitalize existing processes, working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and service providers; conduct market and competitor analyses, identify emerging customer and market needs, and assess innovative technologies for their potential contribution to the product portfolio.

Take ownership of budgeting and planning activities related to the product portfolio and oversee operational topics within Online Authorization. Design and manage both internal and external communication activities related to the product portfolio in close collaboration with Marketing and other key stakeholders.

Initiate and lead company‑wide Payment & Authorization projects, ensuring successful implementation together with internal and external partners. Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience in a similar role.

Solid experience in Product Management with a strong understanding of digital payment solutions, card products or authorization‑related processes. Experience in the introduction and further development of digital products as well as managing complex projects.

Strong analytical skills, high level of initiative and a structured, solution‑oriented way of working. Excellent collaboration skills with a wide range of stakeholders and a transparent, reliable, audience‑oriented communication style.

Fluency in German (written and spoken) and very good English skills; strong affinity for digital technologies, innovation and process optimization. Employment details This position can be full‑time or part‑time (minimum 30 h/week).
