Your mission
•
Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle of mobile cranes, including performance analysis and integration of market and customer feedback for continuous improvement
•
Customer & Market Requirements: Collect, prioritize, and implement technical requirements from customers and stakeholders; work closely with R&D, design, engineering, and marketing
•
Prototype Oversight: Monitor pilot and prototype tests, identify optimizations, and ensure implementation in serial production
•
Technical Support: Support sales teams and provide assistance to customers, service partners, and end users
•
Training Development: Prepare technical documentation and training materials for operators, service teams, and sales
•
International Collaboration: Support global development teams in adapting and enhancing mobile cranes for the European market
•
Travel: Up to 70% within Europe and occasional trips to China
Your profile
•
Completed technical degree (B.Sc. or higher) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, crane technology, or a related field
•
Strong knowledge in mobile hydraulics, drive systems, and crane mechanics
•
Experience in product management of construction machinery, ideally mobile cranes
•
Analytical mindset, confident appearance, strong communication skills, and customer-oriented approach
•
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
•
Driving license class B (C desirable)
•
Willingness to travel internationally
Nice-to-haves:
•
Knowledge of European standards and certification requirements for mobile cranes
•
Experience in service, training creation, or machine commissioning
•
Additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Chinese
